The cottage is located in a peaceful and spacious part of Lakeside. Short walk to the Grindley Aquatic Center, gym, tennis, and pickleball courts. Plenty of off-street parking in the long driveway for at least 4 cars. This cottage sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. Very spacious living room with a Smart TV. Beautiful kitchen with dining area that seats up to 10. Bedroom 1 has one queen Bedroom 2 has two twin bunk sets and one Queen (5 beds total) Bedroom 3 has one queen and one full Bathroom 1 is upstairs with a tub/shower Bathroom 2 is downstairs with a walk-in shower Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. As with all Lakeside cottages this cottage does not permit Smoking. *Additional gate fees will be charged from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
