Nightbird Cottage - Great Artist cottage near the pool! Step back in time! The owners want to share their cottage with you to enjoy! The cottage has 3 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bed 1: (downstairs) Queen size bed - Air conditioner and fan for comfort Bed 2: (downstairs) Full size bed - Fan Bed 3: (Upstairs Loft) Twin size bed - perfect for kids! Has a Queen size sleeper sofa in the front room. Amenities: Microwave, counter, coffeemaker & drip, toaster, refrigerator and stove, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors. Additional features Cottage features, crockpot, charcoal grill, cd player, games, toys, and books! No Pets allowed. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware, remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
