Great one floor cottage at the corner of Maple and Sixth. It has 3 BR, 2 full updated baths. The home has window units for air conditioning and central heat. There is a gas fireplace which is the focal point of the living room. The screened in front porch is spacious and comfortable for family chats and enjoying the Lake air. The eat-in kitchen seats 8. There is a ramp going up to the front entrance. The driveway accommodates 4 cars. Downstairs Bedroom #1: Full bed Bedroom #2: Bunk bed (twin over full) Bedroom #3: Two twin beds Has Queen size sleeper sofa in Living room Downstairs: Bath #1: has shower and tub (has safety grab bars) Bath #2: has shower Eat-in-kitchen seating 8, Ceiling fans, window air conditioning, Central heat, enclosed porch, Patio. Amenities: Microwave counter, coffeemaker- drip, toaster, refrigerator and stove, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors. Additional features Cottage features a dishwasher, washer, dryer, , Cable TV, games, Toys, books. A 3 bench golf cart (if preferred) is $350.00 . 2 Bench golf cart is $250.00. Both of these are to be paid directly to Owner upon arrival. Please let our rental Office know if you would like to have the golf cart. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
