Great Lakeside Location! Looking for a cozy cottage home in Lakeside? This cottage has a spacious living & dining room to gather a large group of family and friends. This cottage remodeled, along with new kitchen flooring and refrigerator. The large kitchen has great space, dishwasher and kitchen island with room to seat 8. The family room den is open to the kitchen. The screened in porch had new frames and screens in 2012 and is a great place to take in the morning sunrise. Parking is available on the North side, 5th Street side and behind the house Upstairs Bedroom #1: has one Queen bed. Bedroom #2: has a Bunk bed with one Full bed on the bottom and one twin bed on top bedroom #3: has two twins and one Full Downstairs: Bath #1: has one tub and shower Dining room seating 8, window air conditioning unit, heat, screened-in porch, Patio. Amenities: Microwave, toaster, refrigerator and stove, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors. Additional features Cottage features washer, dryer, crockpot, Smart TV, games, bikes, beach chairs, gas grill No pets are allowed. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
