One room cottage. comfortable location across from Bettinger Park and is only a few steps away from Lake Erie. It has convenient access to shuffleboard, putt-putt, "Ohio's Most Beautiful Mile" walking trail, and a playground, as well as shops and dining in the downtown business district. The open concept has a double bed. Sleeper sofa # 1 Double Bathroom # 1 downstairs Tub/shower Dining room seating 3, Ceiling fans, window air conditioning, space heater, patio Amenities: Microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors. Additional features Cottage features a garbage disposal, crockpot, Cable TV, Wi-Fi Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Pets are not allowed although some owners do have pets. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
