“Simply D’Vine” was built in 1907. In 2001, the cottage was completely renovated. The staircase is hand-crafted and there was an addition for a kitchen and dining room. The kitchen showcases the original porcelain drain board sink. The first- floor bathroom features the original 5 ft long porcelain claw foot tub with a pedestal sink. Enjoy the lake breezes on the enclosed front porch and the open second story porch that has a lake view. Downstairs Bedroom #1: has one Queen bed Upstairs Bedroom #2: has one Queen bed Bedroom #3: has one Queen bed Bedroom #4: has two Twin beds Bedroom #5: has one Twin, and one double bed There are three full bathrooms #1 Downstairs with a tub i #2 -3 Upstairs have shower There are central air conditioning / central heating units in the cottage. Fireplace, dining room seating 10, Ceiling fans, Central air conditioning, Central heat, patio, open & enclosed porch Amenities: Microwave counter, coffeemaker- K-cup & drip, toaster, refrigerator and stove, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors. Additional features Cottage features a dishwasher, highchair, washer, dryer, a charcoal grill and gas, Smart TV, games, books, Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
