Charming Family Oriented Lakeside Cottage featuring 4 Bedrooms. Upstairs Bedroom #1: 1 King bed Downstairs Bedroom #2: 1 Queen bed Upstairs Bedroom #3: 2 Full beds Upstairs Bedroom #4: double, single, trundle beds The bathroom upstairs has a shower/tub, and downstairs is shower only. There are four window air conditioning units in the cottage. Dining room seating 10, Kitchen counter seating 5, Ceiling fans, air conditioning window units, no heat. Deck, patio, enclosed porch in the front space for enriching fellowship with loved ones. Amenities: Microwave, counter, coffeemaker-drip, toaster, refrigerator and stove, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors. Additional features Cottage features a dishwasher, a charcoal grill, cable TV, games, books, bikes, 2, beach chairs 10, Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
