This brand new 3-bedroom, 3.0-bath cottage, new construction offers a a unique and spacious rental. This cottage is near the Grindley Aquatic & Wellness Campus Pool and The Memorial Garden. The front porch has a Swing to enjoy the Lakeside air and lake breeze. In addition, there is a screened-in side porch where guests can enjoy coffee, and conversation! Step into your lake oasis through a beautiful entry that leads to a spacious living area. The gourmet kitchen features an oversized island w/ seating for four and a dining table that seats 6. The 1st floor master bedroom has One King bed, walk-in closet, and on suite full bath. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs and also a bathroom with shower. Ascend the staircase to the second floor, where you'll find a bedroom with a bunkbed with full on bottom, twin on top and pull out trundle. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. The second floor has a tub with a shower. Amenities include a microwave, both a K-cup and Drip Coffeemaker. Dishwasher, Garbage disposal, Pack n Play, Internet, Smart TV, Games, Toys, Books, and a Gas Grill. Parking is located by the side of the cottage for 3 cars. First floor Master Bedroom- King size bed Second Floor - Queen bed Second Floor - Bunk bed with full on bottom, twin on top, pull out trundle, and day bed No pets are allowed for this rental. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
