This charming cottage is just a few steps away from Hoover Auditorium with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Central air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and a heat pump downstairs will keep you comfortable all summer. The heat pump is in the living room and provides air conditioning for the living and dining rooms as well as heat. Listen to the music from the screened-in front porch with proximity to downtown restaurants and shops! Enjoy the large, inviting, screened-in front porch for gathering and relaxing. Sleeping Accommodations: Bedroom #1 has one King bed Bedroom#2 has one Queen bed Bedroom#3 has one Full bed, has one Twin Two bathrooms, one on the first floor with only a claw foot tub; the second-floor bathroom has a shower only (no tub). Other amenities include WiFi, washer/dryer, eat-in kitchen with window a/c unit, 2 Smart TV's, DVD/VCR, games, books, and movies. Heat pump and baseboard heating available. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. No pets allowed. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry, and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspread neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
