Beautiful entire second Floor of cottage located on the corner of Lynn and Second Street. Just a short walk to the lake and downtown stores and eateries. This lovely cottage has two bedrooms and sleep 4: Bedroom #1: has one Queen with central air Bedroom #2: has two twins with central air This lovely cottage has one bathroom with one shower This unit has a comfortable seating area and large, well-appointed kitchen that opens onto the rooftop deck. It has central air and Roku enabled TV with cable app. Washer and Dryer for guests are located in the garage. Unit is accessed by outside staircase and there is one parking space next to the house. Bed, kitchen linens, and cleaning supplies are provided. Bring paper towels, Scott toilet tissue, and bath linens. There are no pets, smoking, or vaping allowed. Please note: Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
