A charming entire third floor get-away, this spacious sunlit efficiency is located on the corner of Second and Lynn - just a block from the lake and downtown restaurants and shops. It is suitable for adults only-maximum 2. This lovely cottage unit has one King bed with central air and has one bathroom with a shower. It is beautifully appointed with central air (own thermostat), comfy seating area, newly remodeled bath, well stocked kitchen, and TV with ROKU and cable app. Guests have access to second floor deck and washer and dryer in garage. There is one parking space alongside of house and unit is accessed from outside staircase. Bed, kitchen linens, and cleaning supplies are provided. Bring paper towels, Scott toilet tissue, bath linens, and laundry detergent. Pets, smoking, or vaping are not allowed on premises. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
