Enjoy Lakeside evenings sitting on the enclosed front porch of this four-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cottage. Cottage is close to Grindley Aquatic Center, tennis and pickleball courts. Bedroom #1 (downstairs) has one queen Bedroom #2 (upstairs) has two twins Bedroom #3 (upstairs) has four twins Bedroom #4 (upstairs) has one queen Downstairs are one full bath with a tub/shower and half bath. Upstairs there is one bath with a shower. The cottage will accommodate up to ten. Other features of the cottage include a dining room that seats 10, wi-fi, and a complete kitchen with a built-in microwave, drip coffeemaker, toaster, crockpot, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. A gas grill and washer/dryer are also available. Pets are not permitted, although some Owners have pets. 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
