Cozy cottage situated in the heart of Lakeside. Just a short walk into town, this cottage is located near Wesley Lodge, the United Methodist Church and the Rhein Center. When your family arrives at this two story cottage, you will have plenty of room to entertain on the enclosed front porch or to gather to play games or read a book by the fireplace. A charcoal grill, four adult bicycles, Smart TV, and washer/dryer are also available. This cottage has three bedrooms:. Bedroom #1 (downstairs) has one queen Bedroom #2 (upstairs) has one full Bedroom #3 (upstairs) has two twins and one small twin that a younger child could use. There is a full bath downstairs with a tub/shower and a half bath upstairs. A single sleeper sofa is available in the den. This cottage offers a maximum occupancy of 7 guests. No Pets allowed. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
