Welcome to “Barn Again,” a spacious two-story Victorian duplex located directly across from Bettinger Park and just six houses from the lake. This rental includes one side of the home, offering the perfect combination of classic Lakeside character and modern comfort. The screened front porch provides a relaxing spot to enjoy views of Lake Erie and the Steele Memorial Bandstand. Inside, guests will find a large living space with a queen sleeper sofa, central air upstairs, and window units downstairs for year-round comfort. The cottage includes a walk-in shower downstairs and a clawfoot tub with shower upstairs, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a new refrigerator and stove. Guests can also enjoy Spectrum Wi-Fi, cable TV, and access to a shared gas grill in the spacious backyard. Five beach chairs are provided for guest use. Parking for one vehicle is available in front of the cottage (marked by a designated sign). Please note: Pets are not permitted inside or outside of any rental properties.
