"Barn Again" is a Large, two-story Victorian DUPLEX - THIS RENTAL IS ONLY ONE SIDE OF THE HOUSE across from Bettinger Park and 6 houses from the lake. There are five bedrooms and two bathrooms: Upstairs: Bedroom # 1: has one Full Bedroom # 2: has one Single Bedroom # 3 has one Full Bedroom # 4 has one Full Bedroom # 5 Downstairs - one Single Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Downstairs: Bath #1: has a walk-in shower Upstairs: Bath #2: has a claw-foot tub and shower Screen porch spans the front. There is a seating area for each side (renter will use side in front of rental unit), There is a new refrigerator and stove. Spectrum WI-Fi and cable TV, and large backyard with a shared gas grill (shared with owner). Central AC upstairs and 2 window units downstairs. Front porch has a view out towards Lake Erie & Steele Memorial Bandstand. 5 Beach chairs for guest use. Renters/Guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties. Some Owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
