Welcome to Hillcrest! The owners are happy to share this special place with you and your loved ones and are confident you will make many happy memories there. The cottage is charming and accommodating with vaulted ceilings, a bright open floor plan, and tons of natural light. This cottage was built in 2017 and features all modern comforts and amenities. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The first floor bedroom has 1 King bed Bedroom #2 upstairs has 2 twins Bedrooms #3 upstairs has 1 Queen Bedroom #4 upstairs has 1 Queen There are 2.5 bathrooms: One half bath downstairs and one full with a Walk in Shower. Upstairs One full bath with Tub/Shower. The dining room seats 6. The cottage has central air conditioning and upgraded WiFi. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas range, coffee pots (Keurig and regular drip), toaster and well stocked kitchen equipment and tools. A large capacity washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. A deck and an open front porch give guests the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors on a summer evening. A stair lift chair is installed and to be used ONLY for Renters who have a disability. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
