Built in 1890, this place is a traditional, charming and well-maintained Lakeside cottage. Three bedrooms on second floor: Bedroom#1 has two twins Bedroom #2 has one queen Bedroom #3 has one full bed In the living room is a Full sofa bed. There is one full bath downstairs with a tub, upstairs bath with a shower. Amenities include a microwave, toaster, K-cup and drip coffee maker, Smart TV and books. Air conditioning includes window units downstairs and upstairs. .Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Renters/Guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties. Some Owners do have pets. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
