"Tickled Peach" is an Absolutely charming Rental. Is complete with five bedrooms that all have wall-unit ACs. Downstairs: Bedroom #1: one queen Bedroom #2: one queen Upstairs: bedroom #3: one has one twin sized bunk bed set (sleeps 2) Bedroom #4: one queen Bedroom #5: one queen There are also two full combination tub/shower bathrooms, one on each floor. The cottage also features a dining room that will seat 6-8 persons and an eat-in kitchen for more informal family meals and snacks. Enjoy the screened-in porch to relax after a fun-filled day enjoying all Lakeside has to offer or enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck.. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and built-in microwave. Maximum occupancy is 12.. No Pets allowed. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
