GOLF CART can be included for $125 a week - Just call us!!! Enjoy relaxing days at Lakeside in this three bedroom cottage which is all on one level. The cottage also features a patio, porch, and charcoal grill as well as cable TV and WiFi for rainy days. Washer/dryer is also available. The cottage has three bedrooms: bedroom #1 has one queen, bedroom #2 has one full, and bedroom #3 has one twin. There is also a full bath with shower. The cottage has window air conditioning units in two of the bedrooms and the enclosed porch. One dog is permissible with a non refundable $30.00 fee. Please note: Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
