This Beautiful professionally decorated nautical (Pet Friendly) cottage Sleeps 14. The cottage is situated in a peaceful and spacious part of Lakeside. Very close (walkable) to the Grindley Aquatic pool and gym or walk to play a game of tennis or pickleball. Plenty of off-street parking in the long driveway for at least 3 cars. . Very spacious kitchen (gas range) and dining room. Enclosed open airy screened-in private 3 Season room which is a great place to sit back and relax, enjoy family game time, Numerous amounts of outdoor sitting areas with a wrap around front porch and a large private back patio with gas grill! The large full bath and laundry room are also on the first floor. Bedrooms: First Floor Master bedroom with a King Bed and TV Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and another full bath: Bedroom #1 (up) has a queen bed. Bedroom #2 (up) has a queen bed and single bed. Bedroom #3 (up) has a bunk bed (full bottom, twin top) and 2 (additional) twin beds. Bedroom 3 is the enormous Kids Room (26 x 14) that has a TV and bean bags. We have basketballs, tennis/pickleball rackets, fishing poles, cornhole, large outdoor Connect 4, Can Slam, and a plethora of board games all available to use. Each room is decorated in beach/nautical themes and custom artwork! This year round-lake house is surrounded by beautiful gardens.. NO pets are permitted either inside or outside. (Some owners do have pets.) Renters are required to leave the property in clean and neat condition. Check out 10:00 AM. In addition to cleanliness, the cottage should be left undamaged and ready for the next guests. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge applied to the credit card on file. Please put away all kitchenware, including emptying the dishwasher, all trash removed from property, and beds remade neatly upon leaving. Trash should be taken to the dumpsters past the Welcome Center. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. *Additional gate fees will be charged from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds. Come make your Lakeside Families memories!
