LAKE ERIE WATERVIEWS! This historic cottage is located across from the popular Perry Park (with newly renovated Tennis and Pickle Ball courts) near the East Gate in Lakeside. Enjoy the lake breezes and views of Kelly's Island and Put-in-Bay and the easy access to "Ohio's Most Beautiful Mile" lakefront walking path. Cherry Park is conveniently located two blocks south while downtown Lakeside, Central Park, and Hoover Auditorium are a short 7-minute walk. This lovely and comfortable cottage offers 4 bedrooms and sleeps 9 comfortably! Bedroom #1 downstairs has one full bed. Bedroom #2 upstairs has one full bed. Bedroom #3 upstairs has one full bed and one twin bed. Bedroom #4 upstairs has one twin bunk set. There are five window air conditioning units and multiple ceiling fans along with the Lake Erie breezes! There are two full bathrooms. 1 full bath with a stall shower and a separate bathtub. 1 full bath upstairs with a shower. Amenities unique to this cottage include: wi-fi, TV streaming available, parking for one car, back porch with backyard, and charcoal grill. Kitchen amenities include microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee pot, newer electric stove/oven, and a new refrigerator with ice maker. Near the kitchen is a stackable washer/dryer. No Pets allowed. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware., remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
