Adorable one-bedroom cottage with screened-in front porch, outside patio, large yard and plenty of off-street parking. One full bed and one full sleeper sofa along with bathroom with shower only. Amenities include two smart TVs with DVD player and charcoal grill. A small space heater is available for chilly nights. Located near Cherry Street Park and Gridley Aquatic and Wellness Campus, tennis and pickleball courts. Maximum occupancy is 4. No pets allowed. Please note: a cleaning fee of $125 is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds.
