This cozy, century-old cottage has two bedrooms upstairs. Stairs going to the second floor are STEEP. This cozy cottage has a beautiful front screened-in porch with swing, chairs, bistro table, to enjoy the lake view! Gas grill, internet, & TV w/ cable, DVD. Window AC unit and ceiling fans throughout. . Located less than half a block from the lakefront and a short walk into town. There are four lawn chairs available, and a gas grill. Maximum occupancy is 5. Parking for one vehicle is provided in front of the cottage. Renters may NOT use driveway on southside of cottage. Renters/Guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties. This cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom! Upstairs: Bedroom #1: has one double with a window a/c Bedroom #2; has one double and one twin and a window a/c Downstairs: Bath #1 (downstairs): has one shower Some owners do have pets. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds.
