This lovely cottage is situated in the heart of Lakeside. Just a short walk into town, this cottage is located across from our Wesley Lodge and near the United Methodist Church. When you bring your family to this two story cottage, you will have plenty of room to entertain and visit on the spacious deck with a gas grill and comfortable furniture. This cottage has four upstairs bedrooms: Bedroom #1 has one full Bedroom #2 has one full and one twin Bedroom #3 has one full Bedroom #4 has one twin. There two bathrooms: one downstairs with a shower and one upstairs with a tub/shower. When you're ready to experience all Lakeside has to offer, you can walk easily to Hoover Auditorium, Central Park or Orchestra Hall to take in a movie before enjoying the lake at sunset on the dock. It is also just a 5 minute walk to the Grindley Wellness Center and Pool. This cottage offers a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. No Pets allowed. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
