Built in 2014 from the original 1880's structure, this renovated two-story is an interesting and historic year-round three-bedroom, two bathroom cottage. Sit on the screened back porch or the open front porch and enjoy the beautiful award-winning flower gardens. #1 Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed #2Upstairs bedroom has a single full bed on the bottom and single on the top #3 Two single with the bunk beds #4 Upstairs bedroom has full Double beds #5 Has Single on Landing Full bath downstairs with a walk-in shower and a full bath. Upstairs full bath with tub. The custom kitchen includes a Bosch dishwasher, pantry, and moveable island. The dining room contains two tables that each seat six people or fourteen when fully extended and pushed together. Washer and fryer, TV, VCR, and gas grill. A small hypoallergenic dog is permitted with a $200.00 non-refundable fee. Short term rentals during Off Season will pay for rent plus utilities. Maximum occupancy 10. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
