Renting now for 2024 Eclipse! This charming cottage is remodeled and updated. The home features an enclosed front porch and a large deck on the rear with large shade trees making it a wonderful spot to relax and have informal meals. The kitchen is completely updated and has all modern appliances, including a dishwasher and amenities for cooking a gourmet meal. The dining room table and space accommodates Fourteen people comfortably. An additional breakfast area with extension seats another four people. Sleeping accommodations: Bedroom #1 downstairs has one queen Bedroom #2 downstairs has one full Bedroom #3 upstairs has two twins Bedroom #4 upstairs has one full Bedroom #5 upstairs has two twins Bedroom #6 upstairs has one full. There is also a loft overlooking the Great Room that has a daybed with trundle bed. There is also an additional double sleeper sofa on the front porch. The downstairs bath has a Handicap handrail. The upstairs bath has a step up into the shower. Maximum occupancy is 14. Please call our Rental Office at 419-798-4461 Ext 348 if you are bringing your dog. One dog is allowed with a non-refundable $200.00 deposit. This cottage is available year round and can be reserved for short and long term rental during the Off Season. Off Season renters will pay for rent plus utilities. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
