530 Vine has a lovely large front and back yard, enclosed screened front porch and spacious enclosed screened sun porch on the back. This house is located just 1/2 block from the swimming pool, pickle ball courts and Wellness Center. Central air and ceiling fans in every room are a highlight. 3 large bedrooms will sleep a total of 9 guests: Bedroom #1: 1 King bed, Bedroom #2: 1 King and 1 twin Bedroom #3: 1 twin and 1 bunk bed set with a full bed on the bottom and twin on top. Providing ample storage are 2 cedar walk-in closets 2 newly renovated full baths (one with a tub/shower and the other with a shower), large living room with dining table, kitchen with all the amenities and a 1900;s pantry with tons of cupboard space, breakfast nook, seating 4 and laundry room. The back sun porch includes another large dining table seating 8-10 people. An outdoor gas grill and a screened fire pit are ready for entertaining on the outdoor patio. For more family fun there are board games, puzzles, books, and DVD's. A little surprise awaits you at this house so be sure to look for the Christmas Closets! Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
