Located near Perry Park, the new playground, tennis courts, and Ohio's Most Beautiful Mile, renters will have convenient access to many beautiful outdoor activities. A TV with cable and a DVD player is provided for home entertainment. The cottage has Mini-split AC /heating units have been installed last year. The fireplace is a decorative piece only - is non working. There is an open front porch and an enclosed side porch. This home features a new dishwasher, a garbage disposal, a gas grill, and a washer & dryer available for guest use. This cottage has five bedrooms. Downstairs: Bedroom #1 has one queen UPSTAIRS Bedroom #2 has one queen. Bedroom #3 has one queen. Bedroom #4 has one queen. Bedroom #5 has one twin and a small child-size bunk bed set. The living room has a full sleeper sofa. There are two full bathrooms: one downstairs with tub/shower and one with shower upstairs. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
