Nestled on a quiet street in south Lakeside and a short distance to the Grindley Aquatic area, this cottage has a beautifully landscaped outside patio with a gas grill and an enclosed front porch. Unique to the cottage is a wheelchair accessible front door with ramp. There is one bedroom and two bathrooms downstairs. A Smart TV is provided for home entertainment. The cottage has window air conditioning and electric baseboard heat. This cottage features four bedrooms: Bedroom #1 is downstairs and has one queen Bedroom #2 is upstairs and has one queen Bedroom #3 is upstairs and has one full Bedroom #4 has one bunk set with a full on the bottom and twin on the top. There are two full bathrooms downstairs (one with tub/shower and the other a shower). There are two sleeper sofas in the living room: one twin and one queen. A washer & dryer is available in the home. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Rental golf cart charging is located outside on side of the front porch. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
