This cute Lakeside Cottage is a short walking distance to the Grindley Aquatic and Wellness Facility and the pickleball and tennis courts. Located on the outskirts of the Lakeside Chautauqua area, this cottage is ideal for those looking for less hustle than the main downtown area. Enjoy quiet time on the enclosed front porch or cook at the gas grill on the back patio area with friends and family. A dishwasher and washer & dryer are available for guest use. A TV with cable is provided for home entertainment. The cottage has window air conditioning and electric baseboard heat. This cottage features two bedrooms: bedroom #1 has one queen, and bedroom #2 has three twins. One full bath with tub/shower. Queen sofa bed in the living room. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. There is no WIFI at this cottage. Downstairs Bedroom 1 Queen Bed Downstairs Bedroom 2 Three Single Beds Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
