This cottage is situated on a quiet street in south Lakeside, and guests will be renting the lower unit of the larger home. The cottage is conveniently located near the Williams Tennis Campus & the Grindley Aquatic Pool & Wellness Center. Enjoy an open front porch and back patio with furniture and a charcoal grill. The "Courtside" lower unit is also handicap accessible with a low step into the shower, and vertical grab bars in the shower and near the toilet. The cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The cottage has gas heat and central air conditioning. A TV with cable and a DVD player is provided for home entertainment. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Renters are required to leave the property in clean and neat condition upon check out (10:00 AM) In addition to cleanliness, the cottage should be left undamaged and ready for the next guests. Trash should be taken to the dumpsters past the Welcome Center. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
