This cottage is conveniently located a few blocks from Hoover Auditorium and the downtown business district. Relax on the enclosed front porch. A TV with cable and a DVD player is provided for home entertainment. A highchair is available for small children. This cottage has four bedrooms: bedroom #1 is downstairs and has one full bed, bedroom #2 is downstairs and has two twins, bedroom #3 is upstairs and has one king, and bedroom #4 is upstairs and has two twins. There are two bathrooms: one bath with tub/shower is located on the first floor while another full bath with a shower is located upstairs. The cottage has central air conditioning and gas heat. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
