This recently updated cottages feature a great room to enjoy family and friends, plus all new kitchen appliances, and 2 new bathrooms. 1 bath downstairs and shower 1 bath downstairs Tub and shower There are three bedrooms: Bedroom # 1 one queen bed Bedroom # 2 one queen bed Bedroom # 3 four twin beds Located a few steps to the Grindley Aquatic and Wellness Facility, and a nice walk downtown for all the activities that Lakeside Chautauqua has to offer. An Xbox is available for logging into streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, etc. for home entertainment. The cottage has central air conditioning and heat. Microwave, built-in, coffeemaker, (drip), toaster, refrigerator and stove, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors. Additional features: Crockpot, smart TV, games, toys, books, DVD, grill: charcoal Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware, remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down
