This one-story unit (the right half of the cottage) features three bedrooms and an enclosed front porch for entertaining. Bedroom #1 has one queen bedroom #2 has one queen Bedroom #3 has two twins. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The cottage has one full bath with tub/shower and is conveniently located in west Lakeside, only a few blocks from the downtown shopping and dining district. A TV with cable and a DVD player is provided for home entertainment. The cottage has a front patio with a gas grill. The cottage has central air conditioning and heat. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring a pet to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
