This is a traditional Lakeside cottage with a lovely enclosed porch featuring new sliding windows installed in 2020. Location offers a short walk to the Grindley Aquatic & Wellness Campus and a walk to Lake Erie, and all the activities downtown offers. The cottage has central air conditioning and heat. Smart TV with Roku and a DVD player are provided for home entertainment. This cottage has three bedrooms: Bedroom #1 has one queen Bedroom #2 has one twin and one full Bedroom #3 has one full. There is one full bath with a shower. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
