This large, spacious cottage is located in the heart of the Chautauqua community. The open living/dining room and enclosed front porch are ideal for large family gatherings. This cottage has window air conditioning units and an electric fireplace. Other amenities included at this cottage are a washer & dryer, and a gas grill on the stone patio. A TV with cable and a DVD player is available for home entertainment. This cottage has four bedrooms: Bedroom #1 downstairs has one Queen Bedroom #2 upstairs has two fulls Bedroom #3 upstairs has one full Bedroom #4 Loft upstairs has one full There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two bathrooms: bathroom #1 downstairs has a tub/shower and bathroom #2 upstairs has a shower. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any of our rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
