This updated two-story cottage is located on a peaceful street in the warm heart of Chautauqua community. Come relax and enjoy fellowship on the enclosed front porch or the spacious deck with a charcoal grill. It is just a short walk or bike ride to the downtown business district for shopping or dining, and an even shorter walk to the Grindley Aquatic & Wellness Campus. The cottage features three bedrooms: Bedroom #1 is downstairs and has a queen bed Bedroom #2 is also downstairs and has a queen Bedroom #3 is upstairs and has one queen and three twins. The are two bathrooms: one downstairs with tub/shower and one upstairs with a shower. The cottage is equipped with central air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a washer & dryer. A TV with cable and a DVD/Blu-ray player is provided for home entertainment. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
