Nestled on a peaceful street in West Lakeside, this quaint, updated cottage is only a few blocks from shopping and dining in the downtown business district. On warm summer nights, enjoy the breeze while relaxing on the screened in front porch or cook out at the charcoal grill on the back patio. This cottage is equipped with window air conditioning units. A smart TV with internet streaming and a DVD player is provided for home entertainment. This cottage features three bedrooms: bedroom #1 is downstairs and has a full bed, bedroom #2 is upstairs and has two twins, bedroom #3 is upstairs and has one twin. There is one full bathroom downstairs with tub/shower. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Owner for this cottage will provide hand soap and dish soap, basic spices, salt and pepper. Food wraps (plastic wrap, foil, zip bags). Paper towels, TB, napkins and Kleenex. tissue. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
