This cottage is located in west Lakeside, only a few blocks from shopping and dining in the downtown business district. On warm summer nights, enjoy the screened-in front porch with a swing for conversation or reading. A fireplace is available for guest use. The cottage is equipped with central air and central heat, as well as ceiling fans. The cottage features three bedrooms: Bedroom #1 is downstairs and has a queen Bedroom #2 is upstairs and has a full Bedroom #3 is upstairs and has one queen Pack n Play is available Downstairs there are 1.5 bathrooms: a full bath with tub/shower and a half bath. A dishwasher and washer & dryer are provided for easy clean up. A DVD player and cable are provided for home entertainment. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
