This charming blue cottage named "Almost Heaven" is nestled on a peaceful street in Lakeside Chautauqua. Shopping and dining in the downtown business district is only a few blocks away. The cottage does not have air conditioning but does have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Cable TV is available for home entertainment. There are games and books for fun entertainment and also two beach chairs offered. The cottage features three upstairs bedrooms: Bedroom #1 has one full Bedroom #2 has one full Bedroom #3 has two twins There are 1.5 bathrooms: a full bath with tub/shower downstairs and a half bath upstairs. The open front porch with a swing is ideal for relaxing. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
