This quaint one-story cottage is nestled on a peaceful street. Enjoy the enclosed front porch and gas & charcoal grill for entertaining family and friends, and a dishwasher will make cleanup quicker. Cable TV and a DVD player are provided for home entertainment, along with a fireplace to cut an evening chill. The cottage has two bedrooms: Bedroom #1 has one Queen and a window air conditioning unit and a ceiling fan. Bedroom #2. has one Full bed and a ceiling fan. Two single cots and a full futon are available.as well. Bathroom 1: has a shower downstairs. Bathroom 2: has a half bath only downstairs. Convenient access to Cherry Park, The Grindley Aquatic & Wellness Center is two blocks away, the Williams Tennis Campus and Chautauqua Park. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
