This rental is centrally located in the heart of Lakeside. The two-story cottage is only a few blocks from Hoover Auditorium and the dining and shopping area downtown. The large enclosed front and side porches are ideal for entertaining. 351 Jasmine features a dishwasher, and has central air conditioning. Cable TV and a DVD player are available for home entertainment. This cottage features three bedrooms. Bedroom #1-. Located in the studio part of the cottage. Full hide a bed Bedroom #2-Two Twins upstairs Bedroom #3-Two twins upstairs Bedroom #4-Two twins upstairs There is also a Queen hide a bed in the living room and a Full hide a bed in the family room., The cottage has 2 and a half bathrooms. Bathroom one has a 1/2 bath downstairs. Bathroom two has a tub and shower upstairs. Bathroom three has a shower downstairs. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
