This quaint and cozy cottage is perfect for folks who want to slow down and cherish simplicity. A large screened front porch and charcoal grill allow space for enriching fellowship with loved ones. There are two window air conditioning units in the cottage. Walk or ride your a bike to the unique shops and restaurants in the downtown business district. This property is also a short walk to the Grindley Aquatic & Wellness Facility. The cottage has three bedrooms all upstairs: Bedroom #1: has one double bed Bedroom #2: has one double Bedroom #3: has one double Bathroom #1: downstairs has one tub and shower Bathroom #2: upstairs has one 1/2 bath Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
