THE BEES NEST: COMFORT CONVENIENCE COMMUNITY The Condo: The Bee’s Nest, named after the B names of the owners sons, is a condo renovated of what was once a front entrance way of an 1893 Victorian Hotel called, “Same Time Next Year.” The décor is updated and thoughtful allowing for a simple and easily navigated stay with one floor living. There is reserved front door parking as well as located conveniently to many Lakeside amenities i.e. lake, downtown, and Hoover Auditorium. The Bees Nest has a front porch, upstairs deck, and back courtyard grilling and picnic area allowing your family the option of entertaining larger gatherings. The Bee’s Nest an easy choice for those that desire their living quarters to be cozy, and easily accessible allowing for ease in packing and unpacking. The condo has three bedrooms: Bedroom #1 has one full Bedroom #2 has one full Bedroom #3 has one twin bunk/trundle set There is one full bath with a tub/shower and also a half bath. The Bees Nest uniquely fitted to your family needs and yet and so many options. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
