The enclosed front porch adds another welcoming space to unwind after a day of Lakeside activities. The cottage sits in a highly desirable location—just a short walk from Hoover Auditorium, Central Park, Bradley Temple, and the downtown business district. With central air, gas heat, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer, the home ensures a convenient and enjoyable stay in any season. Sleeping arrangements include one downstairs bedroom and five bedrooms upstairs, along with a mix of full, half, and shower-only bathrooms for guest convenience. No pets are permitted.
