Mt. Breath of Air is in a quiet central location ideally located a few steps to the water, to all downtown activities, shops, restaurants, and the local market. The cottage is comfortable year-round with central air and gas heat. (The fireplace is not available for guest use.) Wake to the sunshine in the large sunroom, an additional living room with Direct TV and wi-fi service, and dining area. The living room also includes a queen size sofa bed. The newer kitchen has a convection/air fry range, microwave oven, Keurig and regular coffee maker, electric fry pan, crock pot, cookware, dishes, glassware, and a full-size dishwasher. Also a separate washer and dryer. Upstairs each bedroom has a king-sized bed, personal closet, and a full Amish built wardrobe including a personal DVD player with monitor. The private walled back patio has its own gas grill and additional seating. There is onsite parking for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Bedroom 1: (upstairs), 1 King size bed. Bedroom 2: (upstairs), 1 King size bed. Bedroom 3: (upstairs), 1 King size bed. Living Room (downstairs), sofa bed Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds. NO pets are permitted. (Some owners do have pets.) Renters are required to leave the property in clean and neat condition. Check out 10:00 AM. In addition to cleanliness, the cottage should be left undamaged and ready for the next guests. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge applied to the credit card on file. Please put away all kitchenware, including emptying the dishwasher, all trash removed from property, and beds remade neatly upon leaving. Trash should be taken to the dumpsters past the Welcome Center. *Please remember to bring your own linens and towels. Although we try to keep paper products on site, it is also wise to have some with you as well as personal toiletries. *Additional Cleaning fee of $150 will be added to all rentals. *Additional Lakeside gate fees will be charged from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
