This newly renovated cottage is situated in the heart of the Chautauqua community and only steps from Hoover Auditorium. It is also conveniently located near the downtown business district and Central Park, home to shuffleboard, miniature golf, a playground and other recreational opportunities. "The Blaine" cottage is a unique property that was once part of the Abigail Tea Room. Enjoy making music during your stay, as this cottage is the only property at Lakeside featuring a piano! 230 Central has central air, gas heat, and two fireplaces available for guest use.. There is a washer & dryer, a garbage disposal, and a dishwasher. A highchair and pack 'n play are provided for young guests. A charcoal barbecue in the back yard. The downstairs features a queen size sofa bed and a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there are four bedrooms: Bedroom #1 has a Queen-sized pull-out sofa Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bedroom #4 (two twins plus a twin bunk bed set There are also two full upstairs bathrooms: one has a tub/shower combination, and the other has a shower. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
