Situated in east Lakeside, this upstairs apartment is located near Lake Erie and Perry Park. There is convenient access to the nature/walking trail and the tennis courts in Perry Park. The open floor plan in the kitchen and living room allow for easy entertaining. This cottage features a dishwasher, a shared patio, and a gas grill to make entertaining easier on the hosts. 183 1/2 Peach features central air and electric heat. This cottage features three bedrooms all UPSTAIRS: Bedroom #1 has one queen Bedroom #2 has one queen Bedroom #3 has two twins There are also two bathrooms UPSTAIRS: Bath #1: has one tub and one shower Bath #2: has one shower Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Electric vehicle owners, there is 110- and 240-volt outlets for charging. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
