Located in the heart of the downtown business district and connected to Sypherd's Cycles, guests will have convenient access to the lovely shops and dining areas Lakeside has to offer. This cozy cottage is walking distance to the lake, with a view of the lake from the cottage. 182 1/2 Sycamore features wireless internet, a washer & dryer, and an enclosed porch. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee of $140 is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds.
