New owners in 2018 breathed new life into 175 Vine. You will be a short walk from "Ohio's Most Beautiful Mile" walkway along the lake, which takes you to Central Park and all of the activities, shops, & restaurants of the downtown area. This spacious cottage has room for eight with three living areas, two full baths, two half baths and four bedrooms. The cottage features a nice enclosed porch to enjoy a cup of coffee or a good book. A nice family area added to the rear with a gas grill and a pergola makes for a relaxing resting spot. The cottage has AC in all rooms, a washer & dryer, and a dishwasher. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds.
