129 Kenton Row is has a fantastic location across from Bettinger Park, and is only a few steps away from Lake Erie. It has convenient access to shuffleboard, putt-putt, "Ohio's Most Beautiful Mile" walking trail, and a playground, as well as shops and dining in the downtown business district. Views of the lake can be seen from the screened-in porch and open porch on the front. The sound of the waves can be heard and a nice breeze off the lake can be felt throughout the day. The patio out back with picnic table for eight and patio furniture allows guests to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful gardens. The owner of this cottage is very proud and keeps it very nice for renters. The entire two-story side-by-side duplex can be rented, or just one side for smaller groups. The cottage features window air-conditioners in every room, a charcoal grill, and a lake view from the front porch. All bedrooms are on the second floor. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Cleaning is not included with this property. Renters are required to leave the property in clean and neat condition upon check out (10:00 AM) In addition to cleanliness, the cottage should be left undamaged and ready for the next guests. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge applied to the credit card on file. Cottage cleaning required, but not limited to: floors swept and mopped, carpets vacuumed, toilets sinks showers & tubs scrubbed, fridge cleaned out, dry & put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), all trash removed from property, and beds remade neatly. Trash should be taken to the dumpsters past the Welcome Center.
